DAGWOOD SANDWICH
Serves: 1 · Prep time: 20 min
What you need: 

• 2 Slices of Mello Low GI Crushed Wheat Bread
• Mutton / beef patties
• Tomato sauce
• Mustard sauce
• Eggs fried sunny side (yolk should be hard)
• Salt
• French Polony
• Semi fried onions (onions should be soft but white)
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Mozzarella cheese sliced or grated

How you do it: 

Grill or fry patties and polony. Butter bread 1 side. Fry onions. Fry eggs. On a frying pan add 1 slice bread with tomato sauce, mustard sauce, onions, lettuces and 1 pattie and the cheese. Add the other slice of bread to close the sandwich. Toast both sides. When you flip it first time around and you have the toasted side facing you, add tomato sauce, fried egg, tomato and French Polony. Close with bread and flip to toast.
